Spring Conferences for grades K-12 are optional. Feel free to make a conference with your child’s teacher if you think it’s important to do so.

Tips when scheduling conferences for more than one child:
1. If in different grades, try to schedule them back to back.
2. If your students are at the secondary level, in different grades, but have the same teacher,
schedule two time slots together with that teacher to cover both students in one session.

Spring Worship Night for all K-12th Graders, Family and Friends
7-12th Grade Service Day-Friday, March 23
Our students will be serving the community and those who need food, Friday, March 23. In the morning our 7-12th Grade students will be heading to 3 ARC Value Villages to help sort clothing and household items. In the afternoon they will all meet at Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen. Packing food for the poor in areas like: Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and North and South America. Feed My Starving Children’s mission is: We believe Jesus Christ has called us to feed the hungry and serve those in need. Jesus is the reason that Feed My Starving Children exists. We strive to follow his calling every day in all that we do. We hope that this becomes our children’s priority too!
HIGH SCHOOL PAGE PROGRAM
Over the last 40 years the High School Page Program has been dedicated to providing participants with hands-on access to our state government in action. Drew Adamek and Abigail Fitzgibbons have been awarded a week in Saint Paul, to be exposed to a wide variety of experiences, designed to provide them with a deep understanding of our state government.
Among the many highlights included in each student’s week at the Capitol are:
- Individual meetings with legislators designed to allow students to discuss the issues that matter most to them.
- Experiencing the legislative process firsthand by assisting members during legislative session.
- Participating in a mock committee session designed to develop students’ leadership skills and to inspire them to think critically about the issues confronting our state.
- Providing students with the opportunity to meet with constitutional officers, members of the judiciary, lobbyists, and members of the media.

The doors to Bethany Academy will be locked from 7:30-7:45 am, to secure our students and staff in the mornings. The students will have to ring the doorbell to get into the school if they arrive to school early. At 7:45 am an office staff person or a volunteer will be at the front doors to greet the students and visitors entering the school at that time. The doors will continue to be locked throughout the school day.

Parents please remember to pack lunches on Tuesday and Thursdays. There is no food here to serve the children. We will be calling you to bring something or for you to order something to be delivered.
